Ledgent Finance & Accounting is excited to be partnering with a well-established service company in Northwest Houston to bring on an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact on a collaborative A/P team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including 3-way match to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Accurately process and reconcile credit card statements
• Partner with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies quickly and efficiently
• Manage weekly check runs and ensure vendors are paid on time

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent A/P experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
• Experience with Sage software preferred
